Gripset system used in high profile Shanghai apartment developments

The Gripset system has been recently selected for the façade protection and wet area waterproofing of the Zhejang and Nanchang Apartment projects with the Shanghai Boille Group.

The high profile multi apartment property development has used the Gripset system for decorative exterior façade protection and all internal and external wet areas waterproofing. Having seen the poor quality of waterproofing products and the ongoing remedial action required, approached Gripset Industries head office in Adelaide to develop a specification that would ensure the apartment project would be leak proof and also enable a decorative appearance for the external facades where a wide range of colour finished were required.
